Hi There Guys!
I feel sorry for all the people that have not been paid, and for all the nonsense going on. However I can assure all that all flights conducted at this stage are legal flights, they are flown under Part 135 with experienced crews under an AOC. All aircraft are attached to this AOC and All legal documents are filed in the prescribed manner. The King Air 200 is now maintained by NAC. Fuel bills are all fully paid up, and all personnel are doing their darndest best to be professional at all levels.
I just wanted to clarify these facts to all as I fly for them on an Ad-hoc Basis and am a real stickler for Legalities.
I have been paid up to date for all flights that I have done for Sabian.
