I can see where the confusion is here.
People doing the 737 endorsement are not paid until induction day which occurs after your endo and
VB proficiency check is complete.
The Embraer guys/gals going to Zurich or elsewhere overseas will be paid salary minus salary sacrifice costs for endo.
When the Embraer sim is up and running in brissy, it will revert to the same arrangement as the 737 guys/gals. Ie no salary until induction day.
