Jaba/FTDK...it's really just toy envy!! There ain't much to look at in my cockpit except the world going round and round outside...in fact if you spend too much time on the instrument scan the world DOES end up going round and round...
Actually, the benefits of having a GPS at hand is increased in the Pitts 'cos trying to fold a map in cramped confines is next to impossible. I've got a small Garmin eTrex Legend that I use (has manually entered all aerodromes) but I'm seriously considering something with a decent aviation database.
