ATC is continuing with providing Flightwatch and has been asked to "log" any times when they are unable to provide this service. Of course, mostly when you are too busy to provide a Flightwatch service, you are too busy to log it!
This allows AsA to provide "evidence" that ATC is able to provide the service without affecting customers - brilliant.
Difficult to prove that extreme weather conditions preclude the provision when none actually occur...
