All the expenses you have listed (except type rating which is salary sacrificed by new FO's I believe) are paid by
VB. Overnight allowances for meals. Time in Zurich is 8-10 weeks. I think accommodation is the Zurich Airport Hilton (15 minutes from the centre of Zurich). I think roughly 60 crew will be trained in Zurich and the training will be in house (Brisbane) from around April.
