Free Advice
For those of you who are Brits abroad, or foreigners working in the UK then my advice is to click on http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/
click on 'individuals and employees'
at the bottom of 'forms' is 'more forms'
click on that and all the info/forms you need will appear!
And its all free!
