So, let me get this straight... Qantas refused to help out a direct competitor get a very small number of flights sorted out groundside... so even without them being set up properly on the ground and ready to take this on Tiger STILL sold those tickets to passengers being wholy aware of the problem. Tiger has then complained about it calling a low act.

I think the real low act here comes from Tiger selling tickets to customers knowing it had an issue that probably wouldn't be resolved in time and then going to the press about it and having a go at Qantas for it.

Yep, great start for Tiger :P
Suppose you have to get your facts straight before commenting. Ever thought that Tiger had signed a term agreement yet for Qantas to rip it up at the very last minute hense why Tiger had starting selling seats......
