Lowest of the low = being a new boy/girl.. getting all the crappy shifts, not having a voice in the unit for ages and genreally being pissed about for a while.
I didn't say or mean that the LBA ATCOs are the lowest of the low, you really should pay attention.
No, I am not NATS but I have experience of a number of units and have been at my current place for over ten years, I'm quite happy where I am.
