What gets me is the inconsistency of the policies, where two people of the same rank, both moved from up north to the same aircraft type at the same time in there careers, admittedly 9 months apart, both on similar assessment. Yet one is offered further service and one is kept dangling by PMA. Really makes you Cheesedoff.
You think they would be doing everything they can to get the guys they have to stay, not keep in the dark not knowing if they will have a job next year.
