Another factor is the recent acquisition of 200 GB Airways pilots plus their aircraft who will be integrated over the course of 2008. As others say, there is very little attrition at the moment and therefore not much movement. There will be no DECs for the immediate future and the last figure I saw was an anticipated recruitement of 94 pilots for 2008 (above all the GB pilots). That figure is set to increase dramatically in 2009 to around 500 pilots. Obviously, as past events have shown, there is a lot of water to go under the bridge and those figures cannot be guaranteed.
