Interview dilemma

Hi Everybody!! Have been invited for the interview for cabin crew with Bluestream and would appreciate if anyone could give some information on their selection process, company environment and work conditions. The thing is that i am not from UK and have to travel for the inteview so i just want to make sure that this is not a waste of time. Thanx
