The questions one must ask about units outwith your own:
- Is it worth putting £5k on the salary for another £50K on the mortgage?
- Are you leaving a small pond where you are were a big fish to join an ocean where you will be just another part of the quota
- Are you leaving a unit where you know where you are in the pecking order to become the lowest of the low for a long time
- are you joining a unit where the watch manager may make completely unjustified allegations against you? (refer to previous posts on this or similar threads).
Personally, unless desperate, I would give it a miss.
