Actually a lot of units have hidden movements that gain little or no revenue.In our case a PD we have a heli training base that operates in the zone which don't reflect in the movements.We also have military,training flights on go-arounds,extensive work outside CAS which is not included either.
Don't remember BB having 4 runways either.
I think BB is a grand airport and vastly more pleasant than LL for passengers.
If you look at the DXB threads then they are having to pay big money to attract and retain staff.There is a worldwide shortage of Approach Radar controllers,so we in Band 2 Nats land are interested to see if they recognise this.If not some people might start to broaden their horizons.
