An approach to the media in France and Ireland would seem an option : the company is trying to appear reasonable on the surface, whilst what they are attempting to do is no more reasonable than employing French citizens, living in France, with a French base to pay tax and national insurance contributions in Ireland.
It may be "legal", but is it right ?
Surely the French Authorities are going to follow this through ?
