We have some reccurent maintenance problems with our ATR42/72. I reckon that the only place where those flying rubbish aircraft may fly is in Africa only . It is TIME to get some new ones.

There are still lots of F/Os at the moment and I guess your line training will take 2 months, depending if you're luck or not. Yes you'll be paid from day one but at the end of your line check only. Also as we get paid on the 28th of each month, if you complete your LC on the 29th you will then have to wait for another month

Don't worry with your line training, the minimum here is 40 sectors but some of my "F/Os" did sign out after 100+ sectors...
Maybe that's also explaining why our ATR are often grounded and why most Aurigny captains are very scared to fly with some of our current "F/Os"..
Appart from that, welcome to Aurigny. You will be flying for the states of Guernsey and I am sure you'll be proud of that
