I agree with Norton CTC is literally just down the road from me and i know that its bloody hard to get in as everyone wants in, also although you are almost guaranteed a job you have to start and stay as a cadet for a couple of years, however you do raise a good point in FTE I will make enquiries but will stick to oxford for now.
