LOL I think this is hilarious, as far as three months salary in lieu of notice, Im sure there are loads of North Americans (especially US) who are saying good bye, I'm done, as in NOW ! and mailing in their uniforms. What are CX going to do ? sue you ? Im afraid indentured servitude is illegal in the US, Canada, UK and probably most of Europe. I expect even Australia and NZ don't have legal slavery either.... And as for the signed contract, well the language is rather weak, and they would have to come after you in your own jurisdiction. I'm surprised they haven't started loading in training bonds, maybe they've realised that they too are unenforceable and as such a waste of time. $20k to leave your employer.... pleeeze blow me.....
