Yes, but I'm not interested in how well they have timed their training with the market. As you know from 2001 to 2003 the market was going downhill and probably no low-timer was employed, but since then the market have constantly been improving and now 2007 the market is rely good (and we might have reached a peek).
I'm more interested to know if fewer pilots have to self sponsor their own training since the market is good right now.
(I know I missed to ask if they have paid for line training as well).
