I am also aproaching unfreezing my ATPL. At my next LPC I should have 1400 hours plus and as such am expecting to be able to send my licence off for upgrade as the CAA state that you require 1500 hours, of which 100 may be completed in a ground based sim.
If you have 100 sim hours, my understanding is, you should be OK.
