Having re read Hansard and especially the disclosures of Robert Key one gets the feeling that there negligence in this matter but that the pilots were not the guilty party.. .. .If you haven't read Robert Key's speech do so and and ask the question "Does this speech suggest the negligent parties? It certainly seems to explain the cover up and the attempts to persuade people not to pursue the matter.
