thank you for PMs with AGM minutes. seems two years without producing financial statements and such a low bank balance seems odd? someone said they had a lot more funds several years ago. suppose i misread the PMs. anyhow the exec should tell the members how they spend their fees and grants? what is NZ AIA like?
