What exactly is the point of arguing the age of the original airframe design and using it as a tool to compare "modern" with so-called prehistoric and a tool for measuring safety? I refer to the argument of the 225 "only" being a 332.(Actually it get's worse if you have been to Marignane. The 332's start their life in the 330
jig to ensure exact eng/mgb etc mounting positions. It must be working as you never have to shim anything onto a 332 other than the bbq plate)
Isn't the S76C++/D just a prehistoric old 76 then, unsafe?
Isn't a 407 just a prehistoric Long Ranger, unsafe?
Is a B3+ Squirrel now also prehistoric and thus unsafe?
Where does that leave the B412, B430??????
I saw a program on Discovery about the Chinooks being upgraded to digital and all the bells. Funny that's happening with so many "newer" designs not passing the test flight stage and that in the land with the big budget?
