Do you have either:

An ATPL(F) with at least 1000 hours recent experience on a turbojet/turboprop transport category aeroplane with a MTOM greater that 10 tonnes or an approved passenger seating configuration of not less than 20 passengers.

OR

A current type rating on either the Airbus A320 series or Boeing 737, with an ATPL(F) and a minimum of 500 hours recent experience on type.

Well if you ahve the Frozen ATPL with at least 1000 Hrs, then tick that box.

Then you move onto the second question.:

Apply Online
Thank you.
You will be asked to provide proof of your licences and log books should your application go through to the next stage. Please move on to the next question

Do you have a full JAA/CAA ATPL? (If you hold a non UK issued ATPL, you will be required to change the state of licence issue to the UK).

I would personaly tick yes, because you have declared in the first question that you have a FROZEN ATPL, but I am assuming that this question is asking if you have completed all the JAA/UK Ground Exams.

I am no expert, but maybe folks on here would be better to advise you,

Good luck.
