Ever since people started 'paying' for line training with companies like Eagejet and Bond, is it any wonder airlines believe they can get away with schemes like this?
I'm certain new employees are made fully aware of the situation when Aurigny send them their T&Cs. It's up to them whether they sign it or not. I also doubt Aurigny are the only carrier guilty of it either?
