As regards overall risk, and there being 6 Hazard Risk Index (HRI) 'B' hazards (and I do wish that those selling themselves as consultants could use the correct terminology
) it would be interesting to see how the IPT manage them - what 'target' were they aiming at, did / do they aggregate risk (6 x HRI B potentially = an overall A) etc.
