There are too many variables to answer that question, but basically the A332 & A333 have the same wing, and similar engine thrust output. (The 200's I operate have just a couple of thousand pounds less thrust than our 300's). But basically the 200 is the longer range aircraft by virtue of its lower empty weight and therefore its ability to carry extra fuel, if the centre wing tanks are installed (An extra 32,000 KG or thereabouts). All I can say for sure is that a 200 will use slightly less runway than a 300 IF they are carrying the same payload and using the same take-off thrust in identical enviornmental conditions.
Does a 200 use less runway than a 300? Maybe, maybe not. It depends on the specifics of each take-off.
Can a 332 lift more weight from a shorter runway than a 333? That also depends on the A/C's MTOW 202T or 232T and its engine thrust output. Sorry I can't be of more help.
