Elias you need to lay back a bit and listen or you will not get far with anyone in this business, the attitude you show in the top examples I have picked out will get you a lot of help and good advice, the last post I quoted just gets peoples backs up, yes tell people they have got the wrong point - but do not call them stupid (and it is you are or you're)!
