Your trying to make a joke here right? There is a very important person who takes care of this, he is supposed to have the big picture, he's called the
Local Controller, in visual conditions you most likely will not get an option to side step, (or swing over
) more than likely you will not ever make the IFR missed approach procedure, common sense prevails.
