Forstaff paying peanuts for QF management stuff up

Had a word today to a Forstaff employee regarding the positions that QF are trying to fill at Avalon,Lame rate is $41(the 25% loading for a casual position is loaded into this rate) per hr plus allowances ,as a contractor,they must be kidding ,they have only had 4 people take up the position out of the 450 people that Qf let go last year,do they not realize there is a skilled labor shortage in this country and in this field.Wake up fools
