Setting up email
Folks, I recently had to buy a new computer, and am having trouble setting up the emails.
I use BT, and spoke to them re configuring for mail through Outlook Express, but I can neither send nor receive. I have checked that the address is correct, that it is all lower-case, but still no luck. When I access mail from a remote computer, no problems, so BT have not reset passwords etc.
Anyone have any ideas, please?
