If it's illegal, ryr are doing it. Only in the last few days it was discovered by customs in Dub that all the ryr crew buses were running on agricultural diesel (i.e. non-duty paid and therefore illegal). I wonder which pikey midland farmer the diesel was sourced from.
Not that the corrupt authorities will do anything about it.
