I thought that the airlines were penialised by the airport for keeping the airport open per hour. I also thought that the community fund had not been set-up yet, indeed it would'nt be set-up until the present planning agreement had been superceded by the new proposed planning agreement, which is still being contested by residents etc- is this not the way it stands at the moment - oh dear I don't know anymore!!!!
