I was the controller on duty that evening, and was looking for a photo that I could hold onto, purely for nostalgic reasons. All I could see of the A320 from the tower was the forward edge of the vertical stabiliser!
I remember seeing that photo somewhere before, linked from a post in a forum; which one eludes me completely however, I'm afraid. Was hoping to get a good copy of it though. Oh well, guess I'll have to keep looking.
