Got to agree with Honour The Few. This year although I was a bit distracted by the Vulcan project, I cannot remember hearing much about the BoB on the TV etc. I am all for entente cordial and that, but it does seem that important dates are being forgotten( officially ignored??) for the sake of not offending our Euro masters. Some things should never be forgotten and if BoB Day is not annually called to mind then the reasons for it happening will be forgotten and the lessons of history will be ignored. Anyway if the annual reminder upsets some europrat, Good!! If it makes them squirm with guilt, also good!! Those who seek to make the past PC by letting it fade away from the public conscience are most likely to turn a blind eye when it happens again! Politicians?? Pah!!
