It would seem that all you know is that certain people have resigned. They have not resigned from the company, but from the management positions they held. I doubt very much you have any idea of the motives behind these resignations, yet you do seem to make certain assumptions as to why.

certainely not better than at DHL". Well, that certainly comes across as an admission, that things are far from dandy at DHL.
Your knee-jerk defence of your company is quite sweet, albeit somewhat naive. If it was based on anything other than assumptions, it might even have been worth listening to.
