Therein lies the biggest problem so far. How much research was done into the BRS-NWI route? 6 months into the route, ASW people were told that "it has now actually been discovered that there is no business people in BRS/NWI that need to commute between the two cities". Mmmm, perhaps that kind of research is needed BEFORE a route starts!!!
Hopefully the new routes ex PLH and NQY will have been better thought out.
