With the proposed change of Aircraft type, to Ejets from the B733,only type rated 733 pilots are being hired for now,and that process is rather slow.
Roster patterns are out the window,the guys are flying a lot that is all i can say on this forum
Pay F/O just slightly under 4000usd;I guess you have to wait and see,when positive news comes out of VK on the type to be chosen etc
Or if you want to fly a Boeing ,go to Mr Arik ,he is hiring Non typed on the 737 and crj still.
