I was lead to believe the full loads were when DTVA had freight for the Leeds area, but due to the arrival time after 06.00am when its cheaper to land the freight couldn't be off loaded sorted and sent to the customers before the designated time. So the freight now goes to Liverpool where they can get it there in time.
I stand to be corrected not knowing the arrival time of the Liverpool TNT flight, but this is what was said at the time.
