Thanks 420, I will only go if all my paperwork, MEL/CDL and other technical references allow me to do so regardless what the defect is. That is what my employer paid me for. If I am not happy then I will leave and look for a new employer. I am not in position to question the legality aspect because neither I am a lawyer nor the author of MEL/CDL/technical references. References are there for reasons .........
