You clearly don't understand how the internet works. The speed of connection to the gateway router is only one factor, and rarely the one that limits your useful download speed. When I say I get 6MBps on Netvigator I mean download speeds from random servers in other countries.
If you're simply impressed by big numbers then HKBN will sell you a 1Gbps connection. But you won't get data from other countries much faster than anyone else.
