Agree with Mike, normally pilots
without enough hours for a fast upgrade will be put on the bigger fleets, read Falcon/Gulfstream, as FO's. You will be seatlocked for about 2 years I think it is now. After the upgrade course you will be put on a smaller fleet for your first command with Netjets.
When you have enough hours for a quick command then you will get a FO seat on a smaller fleet. On the H800 you will move then from right to left on the same type. I think it is the same on the XL fleet.
During the indoc course you will find the type you're on on the cover of the linetrainingfolder.
