Why do parts of the air ambulance world go for this ' Ours is bigger than yours' approach to
PR?
Surely the public would support an air amb without a tirade of negative comments about it's neighbours. I'm sure that each operation has it's strengths and weaknesses.
Seems a shame. HEMS looks like a great job but how do you put up with the constant politics and back-biting? Come on guys, play nice!
