"Swire Pacific Ltd said it has entered into an agreement with 15 banks in relation to a 10 bln hkd term loan facility.
The company said the five-year facility is the largest ever syndicated loan raised by the company and the loan carries a competitive interest rate of HIBOR plus 25 basis points. The proceeds of the facility will be used for general corporate funding requirements, including the refinancing of its existing outstanding indebtedness"
