I can't help you much with the take home pay. But, as an F/O you will be making 56,500 Euros. As a captain 95,000.
If your gateway is in the UK you will be taxed in the UK. If you live anywhere else in Europe (apart from Portugal) you will pay 25% flat rate non resident income tax in Portugal. If you live in Portugal you pay standard Portuguese tax.
You will pay UK National insurance in any case, except if you live in Portugal.
So, you should be able to work out the take home pay using web based tax calculators.
Per diems are tax free and average 1000 Euros a month.
