The Letter, I just flew Qatar from LHR to BKK and I personally don't understand why Qatar is rated a 5 star airline and how come they get awards for best cabin crew. Most crew members on my flights were unfriendly and did not seem to enjoy their work. One flight attendant - seated in the middle of the cabin, facing passengers - was sleeping on his crew seat during landing!
