3. Training & employment
Successful and suitable candidates will be offered a place on a training course to fly for Ryanair. There is no upfront cost for training as Ryanair will fund your initial training. A 5 year bond applies to non NG rated 737 pilots (i.e. medium jet or 737 1/2/3/4/500 rated). There is no bond for 737NG rated pilots.
