I am with these guys on this one but I go one further and have done this for a long time now. I always restate the requirement by saying....."RE-CLEARED FL...
WITH THE REQUIREMENT....." so that I know it will be met if that is what I want. Personally I just don't leave anything to chance anymore. Requirements or restrictions of any sort are not cancelled unless specifically instructed by the controller unless such documentation exists that states otherwise. For example a Visual Approach cancels any speed requirements or restrictions in some countries or it's ICAO or whatever!!!!!!!!!
