We operate some A320's and generally use long runways and one hour turns, reaching the takeoff limitation of 300C isn't much of an issue for us, your operation may vary. Brakes may rise to 150C after a normal landing using reverse, if you are heavy and or go for a early turn off, you will have a delay for sure, add to that, taxiing which can really send them high if you have a tailwind or a slow follow me car
