Dear 30R,
As far as I know, the GCC-UAE ab-initio program is for cadets without flying experience, CPL or ATPL.
With your total/jet hours and CPL/ATPL, you will not be put in the same channel as ab-initio. All you'll need is an A320 conversion course.
I could be wrong though, you'll only know for sure when you apply.
