I used to work at EKCH, no individual treatment or priority for take-off and landings for long-haul, but once airborne they should be given, if traffic permits, direct routing and continuous climb, ref. the Local ATS Instructions. Here at OMAA we don't have any regulations locally to give preference/priority to long-haul flights. Just get rid off them asap and once they return get them safe back down asap. If you call "getting low on fuel" (they all are ) I might consider you, but to ensure priority you better call a "fuel emergency".
